Thanks for the review. As we disucssed, i can see you have fluffed up the cushions and all wrinkles are gone. Since these sofas are compressed during shipping, its normal to see wrinkles when you receive it. They would go away by themselves in few days.
I am happy with this sleeper sofa, and really happy with the delivery and setup experience. I was careful to measure how much space I had before I ordered, but of course, I worried that I overlooked something and the couch wouldn't fit. But it fit exactly in the spot I needed, and now I just need to have some guests over to try it out.
I wish Nova offered a wider range of fabric and leather options. Just two colors to pick from, bought gray.. Luckily goes well with my decor well build, long lasting sleeeper
For some reason elivery guys had wrong number and my delivery got delayed by week and half.. Grrrr I am so mad.. But product is great. Company called and apologized many times

The Nova sleeper sofa exceeded my expectations. The quality is top-notch, and the dual-motion sleeper is a game-changer. My wife or kid can lie down while I like to sit and watch TV.
We had previously written a negative review on the basis that we never received information about the 5 yr. VIP Warranty after several requests. James responded very quickly and has since sent the requested information along with his apologies. We have regained our confidence in Sofabed as all other aspects of our purchase were exceptional!!! A five year warranty is unheard of and the price is reasonable
