We had previously written a negative review on the basis that we never received information about the 5 yr. VIP Warranty after several requests. James responded very quickly and has since sent the requested information along with his apologies. We have regained our confidence in Sofabed as all other aspects of our purchase were exceptional!!! A five year warranty is unheard of and the price is reasonable
